Poor Richard's Players has been producing award winning theatre since 2011.  We  have been recognized as "Best of Las Vegas" by the Las Vegas Review Journal, The Las Vegas Weekly, and City Life Magazine.   In addition to our success with large scale musicals and critically acclaimed dramatic productions, PRP is best known for our unique brand of comedic works.

Our commendations include ten Valley Theatre Awards and six "Best of Fringe" awards at the Las Vegas Fringe Festival.  We continue to push the boundaries of local theatre, not only as a source of entertainment but as a catalyst for open communication about the way we think and feel, love and hate, laugh and cry.

We live by the motto “Challenge Each Other.”  We feel that expanding the definition of theatre inspires conversations to raise artists and audiences to new heights.  We are working to foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, equity and access within our theater.  We actively work towards valuing and respecting all people, their identities and their histories.
